There are 25 rooms being held for our group under "Hunterdon County HOG" with a check-in date of August 3, 2025 and a check-out date of August 8, 2025.

(21) 2 Queen bed Country Rustic Rooms $189.00/night plus taxes and service fee (Total room fee for 5 nights with all taxes and fees = $1,124.81.)

(4) 1 King Bed Suite Rooms $239.00/night plus taxes and service fee (Total room fee for 5 nights with all taxes and fees = $1,422.37.)

Room rate is based on two people. Guests will be calling in to reserve their own rooms before July 3, 2025, after which rooms will be released back into inventory. 

 Payments:  

• Deposit: 1 night's lodging at the time of booking, plus taxes and service fee

• Final Payment: Will be taken automatically on July 3, 2025

 Cancellation Policy:  

• If a reservation is cancelled prior to July 3, 2025, there is a full refund less the 1 night’s deposit. 

• If a reservation is cancelled after July 3, 2025, no refund is due.

You can join the rides or go your own way. If you plan to visit Buffalo Chip for a concert you can sign up at their website for alerts. If you plan on camping there, you can book your stay now. Also helpful is the South Dakota tourism site. You can request a free tourism booklet with maps and area attractions.
